National Probation Service Humberside

We worked with the National Probation Service Humberside Area to review senior management team arrangements for managing the organisation in a rapidly changing external environment in particular the large-scale implementation of accredited programmes.

In addition as part of our programme of work with National Probation Service Humberside Area, we followed through work on organisational structures with workshops for the senior team of managers, to help them to refocus on their new roles and review their progress as a team.
