The Crown Prosecution Service in Humberside were developing their thinking about the new challenges facing them and their approach to delivery.
Focussing on strategic leadership, management style and culture, the Senior Management Team commissioned Agencia to lead their planning, including a time out. This work was subsequently linked to a whole organisation team building weekend, when Agencia provided the design facilitation for an entertaining but challenging event for over 70 members of staff across the organisation.
