Appraisal for senior justice sector staff

Performance information was required not only from within the organisation, but from a range of other organisations with whom partnership working formed a key function of the Chief Executive role. Drawing on a variety of approaches to appraisal work, Agencia developed an appropriate methodology for each situation, and undertook the appraisal on an independent basis.
