Nurturing Families is a Community Interest Company that provides counsellors and therapists to deliver ‘school-based services’to children and families.
Agencia worked with Nurturing Families' Managing Director following the securing of funding from Business Link to increase the capacity of the company. This included compiling a directory of a range of counsellors and therapists and subsequent development of a recruitment strategy.
This enabled the recruitment of 3 new FTE staff from potential counsellors/therapists identified; thereby contributing towards a doubling in company turnover.
