Derby City Council

Most recently in 2011, working in two residential homes for older people, the Agencia team has been consulting residents, their families and carers to establish their views about the Council's proposals for closure of the homes.  This has involved the organisation and facilitation of several public consultation meetings.  It confirms our reputation as an impartial, independent organisation which operates sensitively and confidentially to listen to and faithfully report the issues from concerned stakeholders.
