Working with and beyond the NHS, we have been very busy recently leading or supporting:

• Preparation of organisations and their partners for external assessment (World Class Commissioning for three PCTs);
• Developing a new model of service and specification for GP out of hours services in North East Lincolnshire, and  Project managing service procurements which followed;
• Researching diversity issues among doctors in training for the London Deanery;
• Encouraging new thinking about services for older people with dementia, in North East Lincolnshire and across the North East of England.
