Liz Parker, with Jenny Brown a new member of the Agencia team, recently completed a successful workforce development audit for the Safer Neighbourhoods Substance Misuse Service in North Lincolnshire.
The Service asked Agencia to look at performance against national standards and indicators, and help to develop a local action plan to move the service forward.
