Steve Jacobs and Jonathan Radway are in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, this week, undertaking a scoping study on judiciary reform, to develop a picture of the breadth of Ukraine’s needs in this area. Funded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the team are undertaking an evaluation of a selection of the most urgent needs, and will report their findings to the FCO.
