The Agencia team has just completed a short consultation with key stakeholders in older people’s services in Nottinghamshire.
The County Council is looking at how to deliver services in the future, and asked Agencia to lead and report on a series of workshops around the County to consider the impact of the proposed changes on individual areas and how these changes should be brought about. We held 6 enjoyable and informative workshops with a wide range of stakeholders and are now analysing the findings to produce a summary report of the key issues for the County Council.
