Paul Cheeseman is leading a team of consultants in North and West Yorkshire in a project designed to extend community engagement, enhancing the courts’ responsiveness to local people, and working in partnership to solve the problems caused by offending in local areas. The project is part of a National Community Engagement Programme, a series of initiatives from Her Majesty’s Court Service.
