Judicial Reform - Croatia
As a continuation of Agencia’s involvement in the judicial reform processes in Croatia, Jonathan Radway and Steve Jacobs will commence work in September 2007 with four new courts.
This work, scheduled to be completed in 2009, will be the first work undertaken under the ARC (Europe) Ltd banner – our new joint venture with Ramesses Group Ltd to present a more coherent and joined-up approach to our European work.
The Court Administration Project (CAP) in Croatia is funded by the FCO’s Global Opportunities Fund, and will involve diagnostic phases at each court location, followed by ongoing work to address issues identified during those early visits.
