Consultations in Derby
Agencia has continued its successful series of consultation exercises with a project for Derby City Council.
Working in two residential homes for older people, the Agencia team has been talking to residents, their families and carers to establish their views about the Council's proposals for closure of the homes.
This is the fifth similar project Agencia has undertaken for local authorities across the country. It confirms our reputation as an impartial, independent organisation which operates sensitively and confidentially to listen to and faithfully report the issues from concerned stakeholders.
