Coming to a Community near you

The Community Justice Programme has recently migrated from HMCS to the Office for Criminal Justice Reform.

Agencia has been engaged since early 2007 as managing agent for seven of the thirteen court innovation sites in England and Wales. In this capacity we have provided support, maintenance and consultancy to each court whilst acting as an interface back to the National Programme.

During December the Agencia team met with the new OCJR Programme Manager so as to ensure the transition had minimal impact for Agencia managed sites.

Into 2009 Agencia will be working closely with OCJR to continue its support and maintenance work while awaiting the publication of the Green Paper "Engaging Communities in Justice" and any challenges and opportunities this may throw up.
