Helping Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) prepare for authorisation visits
Agencia is delighted to have been asked to support a West Yorkshire CCG to prepare for its forthcoming visit from the NHS Commissioning Board. The visit is a central part of the overall authorisation process which allows CCGs to take a full role in the commissioning of services for patients in the new structure of the NHS.
This is not the first time Agencia has taken the role of ‘critical friend’ to commissioning organisations, since it fulfilled a similar role for a number of Primary Care Trusts under the World Class Commissioning scheme.
