Agencia continues to support the Area Director for HMCS North and West Yorkshire in the roll out of the Community Engagement Project.
Each of the fourteen magistrates' courts now has a dedicated consultant from the Agencia team working on the development of individual court based engagement plans.
Most courts now have a plan in draft form and many have already started attending and supporting engagement activities led by other agencies in their court areas. For example, during January and February, a court in North Yorkshire will be sending magistrates to attend and support the Safer Community Partnership 'Face the People' session as part of the work to identify crime and disorder priorities.
