Agencia wins two projects with brand new North East client

NEIEP is one of nine Regional Improvement & Efficiency Partnerships (RIEPs) in England and is made up of all 12 North East councils and 4 Fire & Rescue authorities. This work requires us to work across all 12 Local Authorities, makes use of large Agencia teams and we look forward to developing new contacts and experiences across the North East as a result. Our projects are:

1. Developing the personalisation of care services for people suffering with dementia, in line with Objective 6 or the National Dementia Strategy. This builds on the work we have done on older people's services in general and dementia/mental health services in particular and allows us to involve Ed Washer as our project advisor.

2. Delivering a baseline statement, options appraisal and feasibility study into collaborative arrangements between local authorities to support contact for children as determined by the Courts. This work is at the interface of the social care and justice sectors and the team includes a couple of new additions to the Agencia team; Patrick Hargreaves and David Hunter.
