In support of Sheffield Hallam University, Agencia undertook face-to-face interviews with residents of the South Yorkshire Coalfields community, as part of a review of Social Capital in the area, following up a study undertaken in 2000.

Working across nine communities, Agencia undertook over 1500 interviews from a selected sample which included those previously interviewed as part of the 2000 cohort. The results were used by the Sheffield Hallam team to measure changes in social capital since the 2000 baseline study.
