Wendy Bennett, Senior Consultant

Wendy has a background in social work management, with a particular emphasis on childcare policy and practice. As well as extensive experience of the development of professional practice, including national level work on risk identification among young people, Wendy has a significant training and teaching portfolio that includes many aspects of child care law and child protection.

Her more recent work has centred on the Local Government Joint Review process, and she has been involved in creating and maintaining reference groups of staff and service users.

Her current interests include the development of evaluation methodologies, and the provision of professional supervision
