Sarah Cheesmond, Senior Consultant

Sarah has extensive consultancy experience, specialising in workforce development, and organisation development.  Before committing to full-time consultancy, she spent 5 years as Director of Teaching and Learning in Hull Teaching Primary Care Trust, where she had a remit to lead on workforce development, and led the PCT’s ‘learning and earning communities’ programme. In her earlier career Sarah worked extensively in the voluntary sector, working for national charities and for small local voluntary sector organisations, in a variety of operational, project and strategic management roles.  Sarah has successfully designed, delivered and commissioned a range of training and development programmes, and is a skilled facilitator. She regularly delivers leadership development programmes, coaching, facilitates action learning sets, as well as fronting large-scale stakeholder events.

Sarah is British Psychological Society Level A and B qualified, and accredited to deliver a range of psychometric instruments. Her work with organisations, teams and individuals invariably focuses on supporting change in culture, practice, and behaviour.
