Nigel Hallam, Senior Consultant

Nigel qualified as a barrister, and worked within the Magistrates’ Courts Service, rising to be Clerk to the Justices and Secretary to an Advisory Sub-Committee, responsible for recommending candidates for appointment as new magistrates. He was an award winner at the National Justice Awards in respect of his work on diversity.

He has recently been appointed as a Lay Member of the Professional Conduct and Health Committee of the General Chiropractic Council, and was also elected as one of the two Vice Chairs of the Corporation Board of New College Nottingham (NCN). NCN is one of the largest FE Colleges in the country

Nigel brings to Agencia special interests in strategic planning and change management in justice systems, with a particular emphasis on human resource aspects. He works as part of the company’s justice sector team, project managing change and development in court management and practice, with an emphasis on community justice developments.  Most recently he has been part of an Agencia team developing community engagement with Her Majesty's Courts Service in West Yorkshire.
