Mike Robson, Principal Consultant

Mike Robson Mike’s recent project activities include working on financial aspects of the development of an older people’s mental health strategy including specialist mental health services, social care, primary care and commissioning for North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus.  He has also been advising on the preparation of a workforce planning strategy and development of a partnership toolkit for NHS Hull.

Mike is an experienced Finance Director with over 15 years in the NHS at director level.  His particular area of expertise is within mental health, including several periods as Acting Chief Executive.  Mike now works as a Financial Management Consultant specialising in providing expertise and flexible support to organisations in the health and public sectors.  Mike previously worked in various financial roles in the private sector, including 5 years at director level.
