Loraine Ladlow, Senior Consultant

Loraine is a legal professional with experience of working in the justice sector. Formerly the Acting Justices’ Clerk for Bedfordshire and latterly, as Director of the Court of Appeal, responsible for the legal and administrative support for both the Criminal and Civil Divisions of the Court of Appeal.  Loraine has worked closely with senior judiciary and government departments and had national roles in training and procurement.  She also ran her own company providing independent legal advice and training to a number of public sector organisations.

Loraine has a proven track record in Strategic management, people management and development, leading and delivering organisational change and improved performance and governance. She has worked with organisations to develop cultural vision and values and accountability. She is  experienced in developing and delivering training, conferences and workshops on local and national levels and in managing the media.

Currently embarking on an MA in Human Resource Management & Employment Relations at the University of Hertfordshire, Loraine is also a Director of Housing Management Company.
