John McGorrigan, Senior Consultant

Following a career in the NHS, involving nursing and general management at senior levels, John has been a senior consultant for Agencia since 1997. He has worked in the UK and on the Continent for both the public and private sectors, focusing on healthcare provision, the criminal justice system, and the private sector.

John has particular interests in board level development, public consultation and quality issues. He has skills in organisational diagnosis, strategic planning, teambuilding, and establishing action plans to meet corporate objectives in both the private and public sectors.

John is a Justice of the Peace, and has extensive experience of working at the highest levels in the administration of justice, and in the change programmes involved in the creation of Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS).  John is still involved in corporate governance at a national, regional and local level.
