Graham Barnett, Business Support Manager

Graham joined Agencia in 2001.  He has exceptional business and project management skills.  A senior manager with over 25 years’ experience of leadership within the NHS, Graham has worked at all levels in organisations from operational management to strategic planning and leadership.  For three years he was Chief Executive of a large NHS organisation. He also led the development and commissioning of community and mental health services at a time of key changes in national policy.

The focus of his consultancy work has included project management of major organisational change, as well as business and strategy development.  Most of his work has involved helping organisations in transition, and change management is therefore at the forefront of the experience he offers.   A major interest has been the development of joint working across public sector agencies.

Graham’s current focus is on Agencia’s internal systems and quality assurance of external work, particularly in the health and social care sectors.

Graham is a local magistrate, and also a member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
