Elizabeth Parker, Senior Consultant

Liz is a member of the Agencia health care team, who also contributes to our UK justice and social care sectors. By profession Liz is a nurse, but has also spent a significant part of her extensive career in senior nursing posts and NHS management, culminating in her appointment as Executive Director of Nursing and Deputy Chief Executive in a NHS Trust.

Liz also has significant independent sector experience, having been a partner / director in a private homecare company. She has also acted as a professional advisor to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and as an Associate Researcher for the Health Economics Consortium at the University of York.

Liz has worked for Agencia on a broad variety of strategic and organisational development projects, and has a particular interest in governance related issues.  Her skills in research and investigation, change management, workforce development and public consultation give her an impressive portfolio for Agencia’s clients.
