Edward Gretton, Senior Consultant

Ed has had a varied career, as teacher and youth worker, social policy consultant, Head of Organisational Learning for the Civil Service College (now the National School of Government), Head of Victim and Witness Policy in the Home Office and latterly Deputy Director Transforming Justice for the Ministry of Justice and Head of Delivery Unit in the Office for Criminal Justice Reform.

Ed also has significant experience of work in the international arena, as both short term expert / programme manager and as programme evaluator and conference/study visit organiser.

He brings to Agencia skills in programme management, communication and advocacy, with knowledge and understanding of the work of government, NGOs and charities.  He has a wealth of experience in policy development, change management and understands end to end systems issues in the criminal justice arena.
