Anne joined Agencia after 25 years working in the NHS in a range of operational management and strategic planning posts. Her work for Agencia has included supporting the development of older people’s mental health services and the commissioning of public health service provision.
Anne’s last NHS role was with a Mental Health Trust leading on partnership working between the Trust and a wide range of statutory and third sector organisations. Her areas of expertise are strategic planning, organisational development, services for people with mental health problems, social inclusion and developing multi-agency partnerships. Anne is a magistrate, chair of charity and an associate manager for a Mental Health Trust.
