Adrian Smith, Principal Consultant

Adrian worked in the NHS for twenty five years in a variety of senior planning and managerial roles and has experience of working in a wide range of NHS settings spanning acute, community and primary care services. Adrian has been Chief Executive of a Primary Care Group/ Trust for the last six years and has recently moved into consultancy with Agencia.

Adrian was vice-chair of the Local Strategic Partnership within the East Riding of Yorkshire Local Authority and has wide experience of public involvement, organisational development, change management and the development of integrated services. He has a particular interest in organisational culture, social enterprise and the development of partnership working between organisations.
