Agencia is an independent, family-owned and run, ISO 9001 accredited change management organisation, offering bespoke consultancy, training and service provision to meet your individual needs. We have extensive experience of working in the public, private and third sectors and are celebrating 20 years of having an outstanding track record both in the UK and internationally.

We operate globally from offices in the UK and the Balkans.

We offer a flexible team of highly qualified, security-cleared professionals with extensive hands on experience in senior management, finance, psychology and training. We are subject matter experts in public sector reform, justice, policing, security, health and social care. Our delivery teams include expert practitioners as well as managers, who have held top-level positions in the public or private sector.
